A signature style should appear like it took little effort to create your finished look. And it's the smallest of details which make all the difference in the world.
The only way to take a basic tee from boring lounge wear to stylish + effortless is to accent the look with simple accessories that change everything. That, and pairing it with quality outwear (see above). I'm loving minimalist chains and how they give the neckline a wonderful hint of femininity. They're sleek, they're sexy and they bring balance to the tomboyish look of an oversized tee (or tank).
Don't get me wrong, I love a good chunky chain (I mean, who doesn't), but they don't provide the same level of allure. Statement necklaces are meant to do just that.....make a statement! But sometimes a statements can be more subtle....more mysterious.
